The portal assistant

If your account has it, Ask the assistant on the home page answers questions about your account in plain words, for example “Where is my last order?”, “Which invoices are overdue?” or “Reorder job 12345”.

  • It looks up your jobs, invoices, quotes, online orders, proofs and support requests live, and only what your portal role lets you see.
  • It never places an order, pays, approves a proof or sends a request by itself. When you want to do one of those, it gives you a button to the normal portal page, filled in, so you can check it and send it.
  • Answers come from an AI model and can be wrong. Check anything important on the page it links to, or ask Support.
  • It only links to the portal and Drummond’s own website. If an answer ever asks you to pay or sign in anywhere else, don’t: tell Support.

Words it understands

Ask in your own words. For example, it reads “when will it ship?” as the promised date on a job, and “what do I owe?” as the unpaid balance on your invoices.
