Signing in and getting access
The client portal uses your work email address. There's no password to remember: each time you sign in, you get a one-time code by email.
Signing in
- Choose Sign in at the top right of any page.
- Enter your work email and choose Continue. You'll go to a Microsoft page for Drummond Customers.
- Enter the code we email you. It comes from DoNotReply@drummond.com or from Microsoft on Drummond's behalf. Check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
- You'll come back to the page you were on.
The first time
The first time, Microsoft asks you to create your sign-in: confirm your email with the code and add your name. Use the same email your company or Drummond added to the portal. If Microsoft says it can't find an account with your email, choose Create one on that page.
If you don't have access yet
Choose Request access on the sign-in page and tell us your name, work email and company.
- If your company already uses the portal, your company's portal administrator approves you.
- If not, your Drummond team sets your company up and lets you know.
- Some companies let everyone with their email domain in automatically. If yours does, just sign in.
Finding your way around
The menu on the left lists every part of the portal you can use; on a phone, tap the menu button at the top left. Your home page has shortcuts for the things you do most, and at the top a few figures for your company: jobs in progress, open support requests and, if you pay invoices, your open balance, each with the date it was last updated. Choose one to see the details. Your name at the top right opens your account and Sign out.
Signing out
Choose your name at the top right, then Sign out, especially on a shared computer. You're signed out automatically after a period without activity.
