Orders and reorders

Orders shows your order history, with each order's items and shipment tracking.

  • Storefront customers: use the link to your storefront to place orders there as usual. They show up here too.
  • Reorder: choose Reorder on a past job in Job status, or choose Place an order and give the old job or order number. Change the quantity or details and send it.
  • Anything else: choose Place an order, describe what you need and attach files if you have them.

Reorders and new orders go to your Drummond customer service team, who confirm them with a job number. You'll see the request and its reference number under Support.

Saved addresses and cost centers

Where it's switched on, you can pick one of your company's saved ship-to addresses instead of typing it, and save an address you type under a short name such as “Dallas warehouse” so anyone at your company can use it next time. If your company uses cost centers, each order asks which one it's for. Your portal administrators keep both lists under Account.

Branches and locations

If your company has several branches, locations or brands, your portal administrators can limit someone to their own cost centers under Account. They then order only for those cost centers, and under Support they see their own requests and the orders for their cost centers, not the rest of the company's. Administrators always see everything.

Checking the ship-to address

Where it's switched on, we check a US ship-to address with USPS before the order goes. Put the street on one line and the city, state and ZIP on the last line. If USPS has a tidier version (for example with the ZIP+4), we show it for you to check and send. If USPS can't find the address, we tell you, and you can fix it or send it as typed. Check address checks it without sending.
