Text messages

If text messages are available to your company, your Account page has a Text messages section. Enter your US or Canadian mobile number, tick the box to agree to get texts, and press Text me a code. Type the six-digit code from the text to confirm the number. Nobody at your company can add a number for you.

Then choose what we text you about: an order or job shipping, with its tracking, and (for approvers) proofs waiting for your approval, at most once a day. Emails carry on as before. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them all, and START to have them again. You can also untick them, or remove your number, on your Account page.
