Something isn’t working

The sign-in code doesn't arrive

It comes from DoNotReply@drummond.com, or from Microsoft on Drummond's behalf, usually within a minute. Check your junk or quarantine folder, and make sure you typed the same email your company or Drummond added to the portal. If your company's email filter holds it, ask your IT team to allow those senders. You can ask for a new code on the same page.

Microsoft says it can't find an account

The first time you sign in, choose Create one on that page and use your work email. If it still doesn't work, request access: you may not have been added yet.

A page I expected isn't in the menu

The menu only shows the pages your role can use (see Roles and what each one sees). Ask your company's portal administrator to change your role. Some parts of the portal are also still being switched on; a help topic says so at the top when part of it isn't available yet.

An invoice, job or estimate is missing

  • Your company may show only recent history. Older paid invoices, shipped jobs and closed estimates are then hidden, and a note on the page says so. Open invoices and unfinished jobs always show.
  • Figures on the home page and report card are refreshed once a day and show the date they were read. Lists such as Invoices and Job status are read when you open them.
  • If your company has more than one account with us, everything is combined. If something from another account is missing, ask us to link it.

There's no Pay button

Your company may have chosen to pay us another way, which turns off paying online. You can still use a payment link we email you, or contact ar@drummond.com.

I'm not getting emails

Check which emails you've ticked under Account, and your junk folder. Scheduled reports only go to addresses at your company's email domains; if yours is different, ask your Drummond team.

A file won't upload or the check takes a while

The quick check handles files up to 50 MB in seconds; bigger files still upload and get the full check, which can take a few minutes. Mailing lists can be up to 20 MB. For anything very large, ask us for a secure transfer.

Still stuck

Send a support request: say what you pressed and what you saw, and attach a screenshot if you can. You'll get a reference number and our reply by email. For anything urgent, call your Drummond contact.
